At Albion Fit Sale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium activewear, swimwear, and lifestyle purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Swimwear (including ONE PIECE, MEN’S SWIM, and KIDS SWIMS) unless defective
- LEGGINGS and FITNESS items that have been worn or have tags removed
- Any items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item(s).
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging, include your RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
