Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx):

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat rate of $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for faster delivery

Free Shipping (via EMS):

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Free for orders over $50 USD
  • Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with some exceptions in Asia and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Albion Fit Sale purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Swimwear (including ONE PIECE, MEN’S SWIM, and KIDS SWIMS) unless defective
  • LEGGINGS and FITNESS items that have been worn or have tags removed
  • Any items marked as final sale

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order number
  • Item details (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging with the RAN clearly visible. Ship to:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply unless the exchange is due to our error
  • For exchanges of different value: we’ll charge/refund the difference

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds are issued in USD (currency conversion rates may apply)
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
